The "Porch" is a large entry room to the cabin.   Opening the two sets of sliding patio doors allow the room to catch the summer breezes.  In the winter, the in-floor heating allows full time use.  The room is just off the kitchen and can be used as a dining rooom.  A wide screen HDTV is connected to the Satellite TV receiver in the Loft.

A wide deck surrounds the porch on all 3 sides.  A wood walkway connects the deck to the dock.  This allows guests to go from the house to the dock without getting mud or sand on their shoes.
