Due to the time required to travel to and from the Angle, weekly stays are highly recommended.

 Child Discounts

There is no discount for children if the number of guests, including children, is 5 or less.  If the total number of guests is greater than 5, there is a discount on the additional guest rate for children.  Children under 3 do not count towards the minimum guest count.

Example 1:  4 Adults and one child - No Discount

Example 2:  4 Adults and 3 children - discount for two children

Example 3: 3 Adults, 1 Child under 3, and 3 children between 3 and 17 - discount would only be for one child

Discount Rates:

Under 3 years:   Free

3 to 12 years:      50% of additional guest rate 

13 to 17 years:    75% of additional guest rate 

We require a $100 advance deposit per guest for all reservations with a $500 minimum.  The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is greater than 60 days from the reservation date.  If the cancellation is less than 60 days from the reservation date, the deposit is not refundable, but may be transferred to another time period within 1 year.  Full payment for the rental must be made in advance.  NothwoodsGetaway wants to be fair with their guests, but the prime rental season is short and we must prevent loss on income to this small business.

A damage deposit of $1000 is required.
